Stratus Consulting is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to provide administrative support for several exciting, firm-wide projects in addition to providing admin support for our natural resource economics group. This is a great, full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging position for an environmentally conscientious company located near the Pearl Street Mall in beautiful Boulder, CO! RESPONSIBILITIES Project Administration •Initiate, track, and close out projects/tasks/work assignments •Review project job summary reports and invoices for accuracy •Track project budgets (including subcontractor/consultant budget tracking) •Prepare progress reports for our clients •Produce reports, proposals, memos, etc. (may involve word processing, generating graphics, copy editing, ensuring quality control standards are met, copying, binding, boxing, meeting shipping deadlines, etc.) •Assist project managers by preparing subcontract requisition forms, job activation forms, etc. •Maintain project files •Schedule and organize meetings/workshops/conferences/conference calls •Perform special project tasks, such as setting up focus groups, assisting with survey implementation, coordinating data entry, sending out requests for proposals for subcontract project work, performing internet research, etc. •Prepare and distribute rate letters (informing clients of our new rates) •Coordinate production of reports and proposals between authors, reviewers, editing, and word processing staff •Provide ad hoc software support as needed •Set up conference calls, arrange for courier delivery •Interact with subcontractors (per diems rates, travel, invoices, agreements, reports, budget, confidentiality agreements, etc.) Group Administration •Provide administrative support for the Vice President in charge of this group (calendar, travel, expense reports, etc.) •Gather information from the staff for the weekly calendar; distribute & discuss it •Assist proposal managers however possible, including initiating a proposal account, gathering commitment letters or resumes, and ensuring quality control. •Make travel arrangements; complete expense reports •Orient and train new employees PLEASE APPLY VIA OUR WEBSITE.
