International Cosmetics giant seeks Dynamic Adm Asst to supt VP Creative Director. Must be pro-active, high energy, dynmaic AND MUST BE COLLEGE GRAD WITH 3 SOLID YRS. AS ADM. ASST. will manage hvy calendar. Ability to coordinate hvy scheduling issues, avoid conflict, confirm appointments. Communicate and follow up with outside vendor agencies. Route and process bills. Research trade shows and latest trend information. Process VP's expense reports accurately and timely. Compose and produce correspondence,spreadsheets and presentation materials. Must be proficient in Word,excel, ppt. Experience in beauty industry or creative environment is a +. immediate hire. full benefits + alot of perks email only
